How far in advance should we book a wedding coordinator?

I recommend booking your wedding day coordinator as soon as you have your date and venue secured — typically 6 to 12 months in advance. Popular dates, especially during peak wedding season, can fill up quickly.

That said, if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.

Bringing a coordinator on board earlier also means you’ll have support in the final months leading up to your wedding, including timeline creation, vendor communication, and ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth, stress-free day.
